Ok, this is my fisrt picture so I hope you like it, It's one of my first attempts on photoshop. anyway, his name is Kusari (chain) Akuma (Demon) His weapon is the chain, but he keeps it around him almost all the time, he's my first Naruto OC and i'm pretty happy with the way he turned out, even though there are some flaws and stuff, every picture gets them.. well nearly all of them. Awesomeness, cept you need to work on eyes abit more - try adding more lighter colours to give it depth.
