1.i can't see his head as the head is going to apart from his body,is something wrong with your scanner?
2.i also can't see the 'ring' things on his wand,doesn't clear enough.
3.go get the wand a fixed shape!
4.the HAND...and the LEG...
5.more shading please...
My advices:
1.there's always a risk when you're drawing with a pencil,that's why it's blur & THAT will ruin your beautiful work! Try to use ink.
2.Practice more on human's body(hand,leg,face...)...
