Interesting pairing, first of all. One of my internet buddies on FF.net wrote a fic of this couple once, too. ^^
I like this piccie, buf I'm going to try to offer some constructive criticism to help you improve. Please don't take it the wrong way.
First off, I like Florina's face alot, particularly the eyes. Erk's face, though, could use a bit of work. The only real problem is that it's too flat. The nose doesn't slope enough, and the chin should stick out a bit more. I understand that part of it is probably supposed to be behind Florina's cheek, like he's kissing her, but it should still be more defined.
The hair also looks pretty good, although perhaps the top of Florina's head/hair should be less narrow compared to the rest of it. Also, I'm not sure if the bangs should go so far around her head, although that's honestly more of a stylistic thing.
The clothes look quite nice, and the proportions are very good. However, they could use some more detail. Try looking at your own clothing to see how the folds hang. Also, if you aren't using the official art (as in not just the head shots)of the characters, you should probably do so, as this will allow you to see what other details they have on their outfits.
Last (but not least), Erk's hand is VERY good. ^^ You draw hands a hell of a lot better than I do!
All in all, it's definitely a nice picture, and I hope you'll use the advice I gave you. I know you can make your drawings even better! ^^ Keep it up!

Your style is very original, but it's really not bad at all and there are very good things in your drawings ; namely, for example, a good sense of details, which can be seen in Florina's eyes. If you could make that quality appear in some other part of the drawing (I was thinking of the hair and the clothes), then it would be even better. Shading could help you do that...

I hope you don't take it the wrong way, your drawing is good. And I am sure next ones would be even better.
