This one wasnt really my favorite of the rangers, but he certainly did his part. Its Billy Cranston, who was portrayed by David Yost. Its interesting in that he was the only ranger never to switch colors or leave the team during MMPR. I heard though that he left near the end of Zeo, wonder why?
