Kyle Markson

My next OC is another captain from the UN Special Forces, Kyle Markson, who is in charge of the 2nd Division Unit.  He is much like Arlowary is that he does not tolerate injustice, but he isnt as ruthless or relentless as he is.  He's actually a pretty mellow guy.  However, he does his job without trouble, and is just as godd with getting it done as Arloway does.  He uses two ion powered electromagnet gauntlets that can hold down any form of matter, which helps with capturing criminals.  They also emit a very powerful EMP wave, but he is only authorized to use it under certain conditions.
