Yet another guy from the U.N., and this time they are Japanese. Shimatsu Miyamoto is by far, one of the best captains to wield a sword as a weapon, next to Alloway. However, he is more calm than Alloway, and thus , is able to do things with his blades that good ol Roland couldn't.
