Alexandria De Fleur

This next pic is of one of the Seiyaryuu Cult, the ones who wish to use the Kage blades for world domination. Her name is Alexandria, and her weapon is the Kage Rapier. Ironically enough, she happens to be French, so that make two fictional charcters that I know of that wield rapiers and are French. She, like Karai, has feelings for Cyppher, but is more willing to express them.
