Yet another soul reaper who can use ice and snow as a weapon, but he is a captain, so it is probably stronger. Toshiro, if im not mistaken, is a fan favorite for those who like Bleach, that and Byakuya as well. I have to wonder, whats the deal with little kids fighting, first DBZ now this? Whatever, he is cool anyways.
