The 2nd one up (yet another big suprise) is Ragna's brother and rival, and I guess arch enemy, Jin Kisaragi. He sometimes seems quite calm, but whenever he's around Ragna or Noel, he goes all pyscho. Some say its because of his sword, but I wonder if theres more to it.
