Next up is #19, Albert Wesker from the Resident Evil series. Like Aizen, he kinda doesnt know when to stay dead, but unlike him, he doesnt use fancy illusions, hes just really fast.
It seems that he really kicked the bucket in RE5, but I still feel a little doubtful about that. Also, nice move having him in MvC 3, I definitely saw that one coming.
