Getter-Iijin

This is a "custom" Getter Robo One design that I made for a fan-comic idea that me and a friend were playing around with. Initially, I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with noir, which means blacks and whites, or just dark (mostly blacks with hints of colors). I still liked the idea of detail, so I went with the latter.

Again, I'm still working on my colors, so I chose to go "old school" and do the colors using water color. Don't have a mind to use more sophisticated softwares yet.

I've always liked to make my Super Robot works looks extremely menacing, and I think I did a good job on this one, although I know I can do better.

Mediums used includes Sakura Pigma-Brush, B-.05 lead mechanical pencil, .05 felt tip pen, water colors, and Higgins india ink.

It took me approximately 3 hours to do this, outlining, coloring, drying and all.

I hope you guys like it, and please let me know if you've got any suggestions on feedback to help me make my color works better.
