Its quite simple with an action Replay. All you have 2 do, is get a azure flute from a guy in any PKMN center. then, travel back to the Pillars, where Dialga/Palkia was caught. Then use the flute. You then see a blinding light, and stiar are formed. Run up them and face the Ultimate PKMN. A master ball code is Greatly needed, all other balls are useless.
