Oricalcoss
A practice drawing of using just black and white/shading.
It took four days just to do this +neck and shoulders but the picture was too large if I included them.
Drawn at an angle on purpose, I just put the pencil on a piece of paper and got to drawing.

Abstract, but it looks similar to my cousin.
Comment or request. P.S. What do you think of it?

OricalcossAs open-minded as I am towards creating mutual friendships with those I meet on the internet, your approach is very baffling.
First of all: Why here on an artwork website? I understand that friendships are created and maintained here, but it seems that a person in your position may be looking for something closer to Facebook, or eHarmony.
Secondly: Why does this request appear on a section of my artwork? I believe comments such as yours would be more appropriately placed on someone's profile, rather than their art.
Lastly: I'm not closing the issue of friendship. I would be glad to be friends, but, as mentioned prior, your approach seems extremely direct, and slightly off-putting. I'd like to chat more before handing out personal information.

DementorYou shading is so cool!!!!! I like it. I keep thinking about doing a black and white shaded pic but then I get scared of messing up so I drop the idea altogether.

OricalcossThank you. Don't be scared of shading, you just need to tackle it by the horns! (That makes NO sense.)
JUST HOLD DOWN R1 AND PRESS SQUARE! *Tackles random civilian*

kittyGurl_6pretty good! you just need to practice smoothing out your strokes/blending them together, perhaps you should try some charcoal pencils? I know large areas are really hard, just keep practicing!
