CHIBIs!

These are just a few of the main characters in an anime story i'm making. (if you know shiori and abu-suma, theyre from this story too!)
They are (clockwise from top)

Sakura Namihoshi (main char) Isn't she adorable? shes very kindhearted, curious, spacey, shy, and a bit of a tomboy. She likes anime and playing sports. she also has an IQ of over 200 and can learn magic spells sometimes by just watching it done once (if shes not zoning)
likes to use healing and water/ice magic.

Kenichi Namihoshi: (the badass thief guy) Sakura's bro. They were orphaned and separtated when they were young. Sakura grew up in an orphanage, but Kenichi grew up in the Tokyo hood. so, for lack of good influences, he's a thief. and a pervert. and cynical. though hes really a good guy underneath that exterior. likes May. Likes to use fire magic.

"Kitsune" Akibayashi: (the Hyper video game freak) No one knows his real name. everyone calls him kitsune (japanese for 'fox') because he squints a lot and looks like a fox. He and Sakura go way back. He's kind, hyperactive and loves to eat pocky and candy, and is an avid video game fan. He has the bad habit of saying totaly random things when he wants to change the conversation. He's totaly in love with
Sakura, but is too embarassed to tell her. Hes got 6 brothers and sisters. Likes to use earth/plant magic.

May Valen: (the rich american girl) The haughty daughter of the president of RAIDEN CORP, American branch, an electronics giant. when her father was asked to become an co-CEO for the japanese main branch, she and her family moved to japan. She's refined, arrogant,and rich enough to back it up. Her and Sakura hate each other when they first meet, but become best friends. Likes kenichi. likes to use wind/lightning magic.

MINAA: (Mahotechnological Intelligent NEO-Armored Assault Android) the first of two magical androids created to destroy an evil mahoterrorist (magical spirt world terrorists) organization by the brilliant (but mad) scientist Aitori Chiekawa. Dont let her cute KOS-MOS like appearance fool you. MINAA is possibly one of the most lethal things on the face of the spirit world. Shes got laser blades, laser guns, ion cannons and CABAMM's (Compact Annihalating Balistic Anti-Matter Missiles)just to name a few of her weapons. Though she seems scary, shes really very nice and reserved.

Shigeru Utayama: (The Vagabond Musician) Shigeru is an intersting character. A musician who wanders aimlessly through the spirit world searching for inspiration for songs. He was good friends with Sakura and Kenichi's father. He is very liberal and doesn't mind playing his magical electric guitar at three in the morning (which has landed him in prison several times for disturbing the peace.) his familiar is a sound spirit by the name of jazz (he drives her nuts).

Ryutori Hanemaru: (the Tengu Master) The ex-leader of NOVA (National Observation and Vigillance Agency) which is like the spirit world CIA. He is now the co- emperor of spirit japan.(in the spirit world, there are two emperors. one who is blood related, and one who is elected by the denizens. Ryutori is the elected one.)He's a tengu (bird people) and a master of 18 martial arts, as well as an adept lightning/wind sorceror, possibly one of the strongest. he can talk to birds and uses them as information gatherers. He's calm, serious, and collected(but he has his moments)and nice. he's kinda of the polar opposite to Zooz's insanity. He's a bit of a dad to Sakura. Likes oolong tea and loves to cook (he doesnt even mind wearing frilly pink aprons.) His long bangs hide a scar that he got in a brutal fight with the evil mahoterrorist, Akumu. (Akumu lost his right arm in the fight o_O) he's in love with Aitori the mahoscientist, but is afraid to say so.

Zooz Ikegami: (the crazy old frog emperor) the insane but wise emperor of spirit world japan. Hes quick to anger (don't call him short) but he's really nice most of the time. He likes coming up with weird adages and peanut butter. He becomes very dear to Sakura, kinda like a grandfather. He is a master at gravity magic.
