This... thing... came into my mind when I began to think about a Final Fantasy fanfic I'm gonna do some time later.
Basically, this is a Dark Knight - a bodiless soul inside very thick, enchanted Mythril armor. Soul is controlled by the Crystal of Darkness itself.
The Crystal is controlling many Knights like this one and, using these overpowered supersoldiers, it is trying to eliminate all traces of life on the world and it's opposite - The Crystal of Light.
Dark Knights are impossible to kill as long as the Crystal of Darkness is in one piece.

Yes sir, but added many different things afterwards. Saturation, bloom, lightness, contrast, etc. to make it look like that.Anyways, thankx! ^_^

Fun villain. :)I'm curious whether Mythril/mithril is actually Final Fantasy canon, or if you chose to use it because of other fantasy works. Because I'm still having trouble separating it from Tolkien's works in my head.

Yea, the mithril armor came into my mind cuz a lot of other fantasy works use them. Though I see that everyone tends to describe mithril their own way so it's not the same on every fictional work. Final Fantasy's mithril sounded kinda good, so I decided to use it here.Honestly, there are so many variations of these special metals in fictional works, it's better not to bother separating them. xD

Alrighty. :)I'm pretty sure Tolkien's lightweight super-silver from the doomed demon-infested mining colony was version 1.0 for that name, unless you know something older than World War 2, but it's kinda cool to see how fantasy terms evolve over time. ^_^
