Description

For NemesisOblivion... what's basically going on here is, Fred challenged Charlie to a duel... supplying Charlie with a fake wand of course... but Charlie switched them at the last moment :) But Fred doesn't take it personally and retaliates jokingly "Damn you, Charles!" cause he finds it funny to use Charlie's full name. If that is his full name.
