This is a recent project that's been taking up my time recently. I did this shape by shape in Adobe Illustrator. I know I've been told that something like this could be done in a Photoshop filter, but I assure you that this took a long time to construct shape by shape.
And I [edit]was[edit] sure it's Lily with 2 l's not 3. It might be right to do it both ways, but erm I don't know...

LOST SEASON 3 PREMIERE TONIGHT AT 9/8c!!Sorry. ^_^;; It was a long summer. But yay, it's Kate! And don't let anyone tell you you can do vector in Photoshop; it's not vector. Illustrator is the real vector program.

Well it wouldn't really be a vector but posterization can be done to the original photo, but it doesn't come out as smooth and good looking as doing shape by shape in Illustrator.Glad you like it anyway. :)
