The dragon looks pretty good, human, as does the sun, but the dragon should look slightly more muscular, but maybe it just the pose. The smoke or fog, though, looks too much like steam. It needs to wisp around every now and then with even a gentle wind. A nice effect would have been to see the dragon's heavy breathiing move some of the smoke or fog.
