Just got Paintshop Pro and I was playing around with it.
Honestly, I don't know how people make good pictures on that program. It's just.. eh. I don't do cellshadings and all.
..Guess I should, no?
Anyways, enjoy te cuteness. :3 And I'm not sure if this little guy is a 'winged' Serpent. It's webbed winged and it's in the water.. but I gues this is the only place that fitted him.
