A Child Princess: Beldrayel

I was going for a chibi, but then this came out and I luved it. Also, since I haven't done pictures on the computer in awhile, (yes, I have done them, they are on YukinaObbsessionist, my other, first, and oldest screen name on this site, check it out sometime ~_^, and say Hi if you know me) anyway, back to the point, I haven't done adobe program pictures in awhile, so I played with colors and effects like an insane person.
