OK, I'm going to be blunt.
That sucks.
There's no resemblence whatsoever. There's no structure, shading, anything that even remotely identifies it as Roy Mustang.
You can hate me for it, but sometimes artists need criticism.

If thats on the computer than your pretty good. The hand looks a bit awkward and its FMA not fuma. But other than that its all good ^^;;
