That is an excellent presentation of the character. And unlike Reepicheep-chan I figured the simplicity of her clothes was intentionally minimalist, drawing more attention to her face along with the framing of yellow coin and fellow lightning. Could be wrong, of course. <.<

Your nice face drawing skills are let down by how totally underdeveloped the clothing is. There really need to be more fine details such as wrinkles and folds to match the level of detail elsewhere. Also your hands need practise. I am sure they will look great with time, however, you are going in the right direction.
