It's a very lovely drawing.
Her hair is well done, and the attention to details in the scales are nice.
If you want honest, constructive critisism; the anatomy is off. The facial features are nice, but the face structure itself seems too short. Her spinal column doesn't align with the rest of the drawing. Her breast don't seem quite natural, and would realisticly be set somewhat farther down in more of a tear shape. Even though her body is hunched over, it still should be somewhat more elongated.
Overall, its a very well draw peice of work. My suggestion for you is to just continue practicing. Also, making a anatomical outline before you actually start drawing helps.
