For Vic Mignogna's, I believe, 46th Birthday! :D (Dude seriously, I really thought he was in his late 20's or early 30's...but 46?? Man... :O)
I love this man to pieces. <3 He's such a sweet guy. :3
For all of you who don't know, he's the voice of Edward Elric and Dark Mousy (There's many more, but I think they were his main two roles).
I'm gonna colour it and put the text in properly on the computer later.
P.S. That's a Milky Way Midnight in his mouth, because he loves them.
