Another "Phantom" related idea...
So at the end of "Point of No Return" when Christine rips off the Phantom's maks and he is revealed, Erik is undoubtedly pissed. So what does he do? He bust out his jet pack, that's what he does!
And he takes his jetpack, grabs Christine and they fly through the roof, over the fields of Versailles filled with cows making cheese.
It is wonderful.
