This is Mika Blitz, the slightly insane daughter of good ol' G.T, who happens to have a thing for blue-grey hair dye and Peace Makers. Unlike most Jak X OCs, she is not a racer or affiliated with racing in any way. She is, instead, a hired killer.
I think I drew her pretty well, although I drew her before she was actually in the story she comes from, and as a result, her kimono-dress thing is not the right color. Ahh, well.
