This was my amazing discovery I mentioned in "Strawberry Tacos for the Win". I use Sai paint tool for my Digi art so my crayon tool might be different from yours. anyways I took a dark blue color and the crayon tool and just ran it over one layer and TADA! I have my starry backround!
