I bet you were thinking OMFG IT'S CERVY FROM SC! Well in fact it is, this is just of him in a draconic form I drew him in previously which I think can be located in this gallery.<br />

I suck at drawing humans so I did a rendering of him as a serpentine sea serpent anthromorphic dragon. Did this AV for my friend over at DA. Loved his mane because it looks so much like flames.<br />
