Great proportions! The shading on the hair is really nice, but the face leaves something to be desired.

Thanks it's always good to get constructive criticism, what would you change? I think personally it's something to do with the lips/bottom half of his face but i'm not sure. Thanks for commenting

The lips are maybe a bit crooked since the top don't alight with the bottom at the edges, but it's no big deal.
I think more shading depth in the face would be the greatest improvement.
The hair has the whole spectrum of values. If you could utilized that range in the face, your work will develop a more realistic look.
