Well in the end it only matters what Toolkien tells us since he's the author after all. I looked up all the dates for you so you'll have them as a reference in future.
Elrond was born in the First Age in the Year 525 so he's about 6500 years old or so at the time of the War of the Ring.
The twins were born just after the start of the third age in the Year 130. They were 2889 at the time of the final defeat of Sauron.
Our dear Arwen was born in the Third Age in the Year 241 making her 111 years younger than her twin brothers. It is assumed after Aragorn died that when she disappeared into the lands of Lorien that she passed away in the Year 121 of the Forth Age. Whether this is true or not, remains to be seen.
As for Legolas, there is definitely no record of his age. Despite what Orly B and others might say, no one knows Legolas' exact origins and no one ever will.
According to his father's history and what he himself has said, his age can be put at roughly 3000 to 5,500 years old during the War of the Ring. However, there is a mention of a 'Legolas' in the Fall of Gondolin. While it's almost certain that this Legolas and our Leggy are not the same, it is not beyond the bounds of reason that Legolas could have actually been there in the First Age so this would put his age at somewhere around the same as Elrond's instead or even older.
As for Glorfy and Erestor, well Glorfy's origins are unknown and it's fiercly debated whether he is the same person as the Glorfindel of Gondolin who was actually slain in the First Age in the Year 1510 or not. It's unknown if they are the same but many fans believe them to be and that the Valar sent Glorfindel back to watch over the House of Elrond. This puts him around 6,500 years or older. Erestor's dob is unknown as well unfortunately.
So there you have it. All this info you can fin on the Encyclopedia of Arda which is an online site written and compiled from Tolkien's works. It's extremely accurate.
Anyway, thanks for all your comments and stuff.

Hey thanks for the comment. I know Leggy and Elrond aren't related (they are two different types of elves after all). I just wondered what gave you the impression that they were? If it's because Leggy is attending the party then I suppose to much fanfiction reading is to blame. You see, I read a lot of the Mellon Chronicles by Cassia and Siobhan and in them, Legolas and Estel are pretty much as close as brothers. Legolas is still far more reserved though - being one of the Silven people and all which is why he probably didn't take so well to Estel getting so drunk in this pic.
I'd love to know where you got the source for Legolas' age as well because Tolkin never mentioned what year Legolas is born in so it's impossible to know his age.
Still, thanks for the comment and stuff. It was nice to hear from you. ^_^
