Well it's been a little while but this is my next update. Horay!!!
I came up with the idea for this sailor while doing a bit of reading on the planet Uranus since I was so bored. Uranus has fifteen moons and I was inspired to do some guardians for each one like Phobes and Deimos for their respective moons. The idea is that they are also the guardians of Sailor Uranus.
Sailor Miranda is the leader of the five senshi. The remaining ten moons have guardians but they are so little that the guardians are not people but powerful birds - after Uranus' patron power, the wind and sky. Basically their attacks are wrought by the two birds of each senshi they have chosen to fight along side. Miranda's birds are the eagle and the crane.
Sailor Miranda's alias is Mira and she is Sailor Venus' younger twin sister. (Notice the likness between the two.) Venus could not have two protectors so Mira chose to belong the moon Miranda and serve the leader of the outer senshi; Uranus.
She has been reborn in the future but she has not been fortunate enough to rediscover her past as of yet. Currently she lives on a farm in Western Australia with her younger brother and sister and her parents.

Generally quiet, Mira has a very witty sense of humour when people get to know her but can also have a fiery temper. She takes a rather laid back approach to life and can sometimes appear to be lazy when in truth, Mira actually has an extremely good work ethic. Non-judgemental and always friendly, Mira surprisingly has very few friends and does not trust easily. She is also known for wearing her heart on her sleeve at times but having a fierce resolve in the face of dangerous situations. She makes a wonderful friend to anybody who gains her trust.
Okay, enough blabber. I could tell you about the other four Sailors but I'll save that for when I post their images. ^_^
Sailor Miranda was done in colour pencils and a black 0.2mm pen as always. The background was done in Adobe Photoshop however, of which I'm extremely proud of considering how long it took me to work out the stupid program!!! Once I get better at it I may change it but fo now I like it as it is.

Wow! Thanks. It's pretty interesting to here how similar you are and stuff to my character although I still really loath tomatoes. ~_~ Yes my name really in Miranda too. I always like it and when I found out there was a planet called Miranda, well, the idea was there to be had. Anyway, thank ye for the comment!

Why thank you! Something I'm still working on though and trying to perfect. (sigh) Lately I've been frustrated because I'm not getting the comments I'd hoped for. Still, I'll keep at it. Thanks once again. ^_^

My god! Someone finally commented. Thank you so much Cess!!! I thought it was rather pretty too although I'm always guilty of not taking enough time. If I had taken longer I could have made the hands and the face a little better but oh well. I guess I'll know for next time.
Anyway, I thought she was a pretty good idea. I'm still working on the next one though and it's proving a little trickier then I expected but that's always the challenge in it isn't it?
