Description
Rugal was a character on an episode of Star Trek Deep Space Nine called "Cardassians". A Cardassian boy raised by Bajorans, sorta like the son of a Nazi war criminal raised by Jews...not the kid's fault, of course, but it caused a great deal of confusion and heartache...<br />
I believe he was played by an actor named Vidal Peterson.<br />
