I honestly don't know who this kid is. Chibi Wiper? Or maybe "The Spawn of Wiper", as Greedy put it...I saw him on yet another German One Piece card, and I decided to draw him. (It was an "Anyone" card, so it didn't have a name on it...)
He does have Wiper's sun tatoo on his arm..., but it may just be a tribal marking.
Looks tough, don't he...
