Hey. Look. Its a picture. From me. Probably the one person on here who rarely uploads a picture. Amazing, right?
Anyways. This is Masque, a character from a short 1500 word story called (omg) 'Masque'. He's pretty much the 'bad guy' if you want to call it that, but all he does is grant a woman's desire. Which ultimately ends up (indirectly) killing the main character. yeah. Fun, right? so after i'm done editing and crap, I'll (probably) upload it. Can't promise anything, since it's going out to a contest for a magazine, so I don't know if i'm allowed to. I'll check the rules again, just to make sure. but anyways...
So Masque is a fun guy, and he grants your greatest desires, but he warns that the consequences can (most likely will) be dire. ya know. just as a warning. but, like i said, he will grant your desire if you are willing to pay the price. For the woman in this story, the price was her heart (literally). she's not dead, but her heart is no longer hers. its in a glass case. beating. ...yeah, Masque is kinda creepy.
anyways. you don't go to Masque, he comes to you; he's fun that way. He will only grant your desire if he takes an interest in you. If not, well...*shrug* no loss there, right? Cuz that means you've got all your possessions. Right? ...>.>...right. Anyways.
I like his smile. I have problems with his mask, though. its supposed to be all black, with little designs on it in silver, so its not like the mask is cut up into tiny pieces here and there. His hair is a stark white, his clothes are normally all black (butler style), and his skin is an unhealthy pale.
And yes, he's not human. O. M. G. ...-_-'.
Oh, and for those that know of my story 'Tales of the Twilight Merchant', Masque is the Merchant's apprentice/son/spawn thing that he gets in one of the up-coming chapters. More of that later, i'm sure. because i just can't contain myself.
god, i feel so very dogy today and I have no idea why...oh well. fun times, right? -_-
