Okay, so a little about these guys.
Reverse soul reapers aren't like normal soul reapers at all. They hunt and destroy the souls of the living, not the souls of the dead. They can (and often do) compress multiple souls of the dead into on, very large and very strong hollow. Once they create the hollow, they normally enslave it for their own amusement, or set it loose on other souls of the dead. Sometimes they even train the hollow to toy with the living, to frighten them into going off alone so the reaper can come and kill their soul.
Mikaru is one of many RSRs; she's in the lieutenant class (and i have yet to draw her captain, Reikistu). She created Oji out of parts of Soul Reapers and made him completely loyal to her. The volleyball on his shirt becomes a 3D-solid-object and becomes his weapons, which is quite deadly when used properly. Mikaru is basically the soul of a witch, so she uses magic instead of a physical weapon.

I often think that if Captain Mayuri Kurotsuchi had a daughter, Mikaru would be it. She's just like him, except doesn't do much to her own body. Doesn't even wear make-up. She just...has that same twisted side that he does ^_^

oh, and as Mikaru so fondly mentioned in the pic, Oji doesn't talk. Oji is the 3rd seat under Reikitsu and Mikaru. <3
