Description

Happy 20XX Valentine's Day! I was actually considering using Thunder Claw for MegaMan's swing (I do like Thunder Claw). but I decided on the Wire to complete the MegaMan 4 theme of the picture, and since the color scheme was good for Valentine's Day.
