Paradise - The Laughing Swordsman

This is a new antagonist in my original fiction series, Different and Cool. "New" might be a bit of a misnomer, though, since I've had the idea for his character for years, and just now got a chance to use him. Anyway, Paradise's main calling card is his unsettling laugh, as well as his keen swordsmanship. But is he all bad, though?
