My FMA OC Sam

Okay..Her story is so very confuzzling that I will only explain if it is requested. She is NOT a flame alchemist, she is an all around alchemist, meaning that depending on the elements in use is what decides what she does. In this case it was flame in a different scenareo it could be minerals, metals, you get the idea. So if you want me to explain the whole reason behind her and her lineage...
