Dove_CGI like it. What shading you have here is nice and I love the choice of colors. While anything that is black is rarely pitch black (particularly when it comes to a living creature), I like the combined effect of the pure black fur coupled with the extremely shiny and bright purple of the eyes and hair. I also like the faint shading with the light purple and pink on the robes, particularly the way it mixes in an almost iridescent sheen. I think it would've been nicer if the jewels on her necklace and staff had a bit of sparkle and more strongly defined shading. As they are, they just look kind of plain and flat when compared with her eyes. I also like her expression. It's very thoughtful, befitting a mage. She seems a little scared though. Not sure if that was what you were going for or not. I love the way her skirt collects around her feet, it just looks pretty that way, even if I'm not entirely sure it should drape quite like that. And I love her belly! Most people don't seem to want to give their drawings a stomach. It's subtly apparent here and looks very cute. I believe her tail should be higher though. An animal's tail is pretty much a direct extension of the spine. It's fine if her tail droops overall but the base of it should begin around where the tail-bone in a human begins. Overall, I think you could try shading everything next time and see how it turns out. Hopefully it should be fun. Anyway, keep drawing! :)
