I was watching Kappa Mikey and for the first time noticed that Mikey doesn't do any of the super-deformed expressions that the rest of the characters do. (I know I'm slow)
I started thinking about Japanese characters in other shows and thought it would be hilarious if those characters followed the same rules.
Several days later this comic was born.

It has the Racism warning on it because someone, somewhere, might be offended, I guess.

The panels are kind of hard to read on my computer so I'll post the words here.

1. Danny: Remind me why we're babysitting.
Kwan: You owe Sam a favor and I'm just tagging along.
2. Danny: Oh, right.
3. Danny: I was just hoping we'd get some alone time tonight
Kwan: I can arrange that.
4. Danny: How?
5. Kwan: BED NOW!
6. Danny: H-how did you do that?
Kwan: I'm Japanese.

I don't think it's racism really, but Japanese cartoons have all these awesome expressions that most American cartoons lack... now we know why I like Japanese cartoons better ^^

Japanese cartoons rule, but there are some jokes I don't get because I didn't grow up Japanese.
When I was little I told my mom I wanted to be Japanese when I grew up.
