^.^ he kinda looks like a Kazuki to me..Kazuki-"pleasant peace" or "first of a new generation" or "shining one" in Japanese.

As you can see by the sketch marks, his knees are bent. So they're not short, it just looks that way. He reminds me of Aion from Chrono Crusade for some reason...
