Justy Kaizaad

This is one bishonen that has been forgotten for quite some time. He's from a series known over here as 'Justy' though the full Japanese title was something along the lines of 'Cosmo Police Justy'(by Tsuguo Okazaki). It only ran for nine issues (from December of '88 to April of '89).

On another note, the story itself, like that in 'To Terra' (Toward the Terra to some fans) is about espers!
