One of the characters that inspired me and cooked up my skills as an anime artist, Rumina Asagi.
He's the kind of person you wouldn't want to mess with at school. Although he doesn't look like a bully and most bullies are bigger than him, he's a bad boy, mainly because he learned how to fight from his grandfather.

I would personally like to thank FAC for adding this category in (because it wasn't there before I requested it), you guys are awesome!
