Reaching Out

Well I'm at a loss of what to put here, I had something to say but I forgot what it was haha oh well so I hope you like it, she's suppose to be a mermaid but I added some more fishy attributes like the webbed fingers and angler fish glowy thingy on her head and the fin type things on her arms ect. and she's reaching for something that shes entranced by but the tentacles wrapped around her are keeping her from it... will she get free? who knows maybe I'll finish this later and draw a separate picture showing what happens but this is not finished yet! when it is I will put it up, and yes I am a procrastinator, sorry but that's just how I am but I am working on that! p: :D haha :3
