Description
DDN: 004, UsagiMan, the 4th robot master created by Dr. Bartholomew Dias, the first 3 being Vulcan, Mayhem, and UniMan. He's super hyper, super fast, and doesn't know when to shut up. He's wind based and attacks with tornadoes generated by rapidly moving his arms. Even larger tornadoes are created when he spins at high speeds.
