Togepi evolves in Towards The Mirage! Togepi's Paradise. Then she had to release Togetic to protect the paradise. Misty returns back to the gym.

(starts to cry)Im sad and happy at the same time she did the right thing leting togetic but it makes me so sad and it reminds me of the episode pikachus goodbye oh that give me a idea!But im still sad (starts crying agin)=(:(
