Someone once told me it costs a lot of money to create artworks.
Well, honestly, sometimes it may be so.
But not necessarily.
Here I wanted to demonstrate that it is possible to create nice artworks with little means.
The art supplies used here are cheap:
- basic paper
- scholar quality oil pastels
