Old commie from Neighbours (Szomszédok), one of the most popular Hungarian series.

This soap opera depicts the lives of ordinary people, living in a socialist housing estate in Budapest.
It covers the last few years of the communist era, then the "democratic transition", and finally the new market economy in Hungary.

Painted in Corel Painter, using custom brushes.

Honestly, I've almost fell down from my chair as I laughed looking at this XD
Anyway, he turns to be a bit nicer by the time the novel was about its end, but his nickname "Kenéz elvtárs" (meaning Comrade Kenéz) always remained, even they sometimes called him as "Kenéz Úr" (Mr. Kenéz) in some scenes :D

Maybe if Kenéz elvtárs is a bit nicer at the end, it is because they wanted to finish the series with a positive feel and message;
like even an old commie can appreciate some of the advantages of the free world! LOL

That may be right, but still, his old collegue and friend (the other old dude in the video I've shown you) calls him "Öreg bolsevik" (Old Bolshevik) throughout the whole period of the series, generally when he was wondering about the commie's attitude for several things of life in the free world :D

They just had to expand the mess they already have inside their heads outside their bodies, which resulted in poor economical condition of the former Eastern block between 1980s and early 1990s. Hopefully, their mistakes have been fixed by more competent politicians.

I've seen at least one airplane, which has similar short wings - it's Soviet rip-off of your British Aerospace Harrier http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakovlev_Yak-38 , much worse than original. ;)

And that's not all about the similarities - our "comrade outdated messyhead" needs proper fuel to take off and fly to the Bolshangri-La http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Jet
