Wild Horse

After a painting of Marc.

Franz Marc (1880 - 1916) was one of the principal painters of the German expressionist movement.

My interpretation, painted in a bold and wild style.

Traditional media

SaltwaterThank you very much. :D

Simplicity works well sometimes.

And this kind of subject (with simplicity) is good when I use Oil Pastels,
because that technique does not allow to paint with a lot of precision, (like oils or acrylics for example).   :-)

SaltwaterSeveral times: poney, Shetland poney, and horses.
But it is not the sport that I prefer.
As a beginner, it can be rather stressing for your back  LOL , esp. if you are slim and slender.
The other problem is the "smell".  :-)
