he looks like an interesting character, and you have expressed his personality well using pose and expression, I like how you have placed him facing to the side of the page, but looking the viewer right in the eye, but in a squinty way. 

Cunning people always behave this way.
They have their own ways and codes, and their body language reveals more than their tainted words.  :-)
